How to measure

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back and under your arms.

C. WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

D. HIP

Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together.

E. WEIGHT

Use your current body weight as a guide alongside your measurements to help choose the best wetsuit or springsuit size.
